For the Milk Mocha Bear summer collaboration, I partnered with Klova Studios in Indonesia to establish a bright, beach-inspired aesthetic. To visually merge the properties, I conceptualized the specialty beverage colors, pairing a vibrant blue with our signature yellow to reflect the sunny theme while honoring both brand identities.
Translating this art direction into physical retail spaces, I developed immersive print materials, including foam photobooths, character cutouts, and window decals.
I worked iteratively with the Milk Mocha team to refine these layouts for strict character accuracy, alongside designing event-exclusive items like temporary tattoos and custom napkins.
A major priority for the promotional media was driving demand for the limited-edition plushies. I executed the product photography and built the campaign posters specifically around these items, deliberately structuring the graphic layouts to maximize the visual appeal and exclusivity of the merchandise.
The rollout kicked off in June 2026 with a massive NYC Chinatown pop-up, drawing daily hours-long lines that completely sold out the plush inventory.
To support the launch, I managed the overarching digital presence—translating social media copy, engaging with the community, and coordinating the release of unique brand animations custom-made for the campaign.
